Q: Is PayPal the only way I can pay for my order?

Most major credit and debit cards are accepted as well as checks and money orders, and you don't have to have an account with PayPal to make payment. We are a PayPal verified site. With the rising cost of merchant accounts and shipping, this is one way we can save our customers money at the time of purchase. The lower our overhead, the lower your cost as well

Q: Do you accept other currencies besides the USD?
A: Yes, at this time we will accept payment in Australian dollars, Canadian dollars, New Zealand dollars and the Euro. All payments are to be the equivalent of the United States Dollar amount. this is another reason we use PayPal, it allows our customers not in the US to make purchases.

Q: What if I have a problem with my order or Paypal?

Q: Why is the shipping so high?

UPS and other shipping companies as well as the US postal service have raised their rates and in order for us to make any profit we must follow suit. We are not charging a penny more than it costs us to ship your product. Our products are marked down from the suggested retail price in order to offset the rise in shipping costs.

Q: What about returns or exchanges?
A: Naturally we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If you find you must return an item, contact us by email Send the item in it's original packaging to the address on the label. Be sure to include the order ID number on the outside of the box. Also,
please be aware that there is a 20% restocking fee for non/defective - non/broken returned items. This fee will be deducted from the purchase price on your invoice.

A: All of the items are insured and packaged for shipping with the utmost care. However, accidents do happen. If your item arrives with damage, contact us immediately
