Shipping policy

Naturally we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If you find you must return an item, contact us within 30 days of purchase at customer_service@angels-2-zebra.com Please follow the manufacturers directions for returns.  Send the item in it's original undamaged packaging to the address on the label. If the inner or outer packaging is damaged, your return will not be accepted. Be sure to include the order ID number on the outside of the box. Also, please be aware that there is a 20% restocking fee for non/defective - non/broken returned items. This fee will be charged to your PayPal account.


All of the items are insured and packaged for shipping with the utmost care. However, accidents do happen. If your item arrives with damage, contact us immediately at customer_service@angels-2-zebra.com.


ITEMS DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT
All merchandise damaged during shipment is covered by the shipper. PLEASE NOTE AND FOLLOW: Established procedures by UPS trucking lines, If not complied with they may deny your claim.

After 30 days you
will not receive a refund or replacement.
